Purchases
On this website we sell products. In order to buy a product we might ask you to provide
various information relevant to your purchase. In particular but without limitation we
might ask you to provide your name, postal address and email address. We use this information
only to fulfill the purchase (e.g. sending the status of a purchase or a download link to your
email address. sending a physical product to your postal address) and never sell the
information to any third party. All information you provide must be truthful.
Typically when you have purchased a downloadable product, a download link is sent within a few
minutes to the email address you have provided as soon as the order and payment have
been verified. Sometimes, e.g. due to technical issues, it might happen that download
links are sent with some delay.
An email with a download link might be classified as spam by the recipient's ISP or mail
client. In that case the email is typically delivered into a special folder of your mailbox
and not into your default inbox.
We accept only payments via PayPal. We don’t make out an invoice for any purchase. You can request
an invoice for a purchase by sending an email to our contact email address. We reserve the
right to change the prices for products for any reason at any time.
To reduce the risk of abuse download links for downloadable products are valid for 48 hours after
a purchase. If you need access to the downloadable product after 48 hours, you can request
a new download link by sending an email from the email address you used to purchase the product
to our contact email address. Download links are personalized for the person which purchased
a product. You are not allowed to share a download link with other persons. In particular no
other persons than you may use the download link to download the product.
Use of Our Products
You may not copy, modify, sub-license, create derivative work or distribute our products
or only parts of our products unless we have given permission.
Newsletter
You can register for a newsletter that is sent to you via email. Newsletters are typically
sent with very low frequency, typically not more than once in a month. A newsletter can
contain but is not limited to information about new products, updates for existing products,
updates for already purchased products, information about planned products and special
offers. You are allowed to subscribe only one email address which belongs to you and which
is not shared with other persons.
You can unsubscribe from a newsletter without providing any reason at any time. You can do so by
sending an email to our contact email address from the email address that you want to
unsubscribe or by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found at the bottom of each
newsletter. The unsubscribe link in a newsletter is valid for 28 days after the newsletter
was sent.
Reporting Errors
Even though we do our best to produce high quality products, our products might contain
errors. If you discover errors (e.g. spelling errors) you can report them to our contact
email address. If we confirm the error you are eligible for receiving updates on all
downloadable products that you have purchased for one year for free.
